REVEAL Culture Discovery

The Problem REVEAL Solves
When a survey isn't enough.  Most engagement surveys produce a number, a few comments, and a vague sense that something needs to change. Leaders are left with a score they can't act on — or worse, a set of recommendations that don't match what's actually happening inside the organization.

Meanwhile, the real signals are everywhere: high performers leaving without explanation, decisions stalling at middle management, the same problems resurfacing every quarter, leaders sensing something is off without being able to name it.

Engagement is downstream of culture. And culture is shaped by leadership behavior, system design, role clarity, and trust — not by survey questions.  REVEAL is built for leaders who already know the survey isn't telling the whole story.

Traditional Engagement Surveys

REVEAL

Tell you what employees feel

Tells you why people feel what they feel

Produce a score with limited context

Combines quantitative data with confidential interviews

Treat engagement as a standalone metric

Treats engagement as a function of cultural maturity

Surface symptoms without root causes

Maps friction points to leadership behavior and system design

Leave leaders with mismatched recommendations

Translates insight into a prioritized roadmap leaders can act on

Dynamic Insight Leadership & Team Development Program

Untitled-1.jpg

A neuroscience-informed leadership experience that builds adaptive, humble, high-impact leaders who can think clearly, influence ethically, and scale learning across teams.

Dynamic Insight is a cohort-based leadership development program designed to help leaders challenge assumptions, disrupt bias, practice intellectual humility, and build a durable “rethinking” habit that improves decision quality, influence, and team performance. The program blends brain science, behavioral science, applied casework, simulations, and real-world experiments that leaders run inside their actual teams.

OVERVIEW

By the end of 6 months, participants will be able to:

  • Lead with intellectual humility + cognitive flexibility (without losing confidence)

  • Identify and reduce bias, rigidity, and groupthink in decision-making

  • Influence others through reframing, motivational questioning, and psychological receptivity (not force)

  • Stay grounded and effective during change, stress, and conflict

  • Build a team culture that normalizes learning, feedback, and rethinking over defensiveness

Cohort Learning

Leaders don't develop in isolation. The cohort structure creates peer accountability, shared language, and the kind of honest feedback that's almost impossible to get inside one's own organization.

  • 6–12 participant cohorts (larger groups available with added facilitation)

  • Facilitated peer dialogue and group sense-making

  • Shared frameworks that scale across the leadership team

2

Insight without practice is theater. Leaders run real experiments inside their actual teams, translating concepts into observable behavior change between sessions.

  • Monthly "rethinking experiments" with templates and tracking

  • Leadership simulations and applied scenarios

  • 1:1 leadership coaching to integrate the work

Applied Experience

1

Every concept is grounded in how the brain actually works — under pressure, in conflict, during change. Leaders learn the science of their own behavior, not just the language of it.

  • Cognitive flexibility and emotional regulation

  • Threat response, certainty bias, and defensive reasoning

  • The neuroscience of learning, persuasion, and influence
